Shipping policy

Obsession Gaming is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and proudly serves Australians.

Dispatch:

We will make every effort to pack and ship your orders in a timely manner, where stock is available we will make every effort to ship it within 48 hours of your order being placed, if stock is unavailable and needs to be ordered in you will be notified via whatever means of contact you have given us whilst placing your order and be given the option to either cancel the order and receive a full refund or to wait the additional time that will be relayed to you in this means of contact message.

If the product you have purchased was listed as a 'Pre Order' item then you can expect the item to be shipped either on the products release date or within a day or 2 before the release date if posible, if a Pre Order product listing does not have a release date listed, please get in contact with you and we will provide you with the information requested.

Standard Delivery:

Postage service: Australia Post

Delivery Times: 2-8 Business days (except where you have been notified of stock reordering delays)

Price: Prices vary for shipping within Australia, depending on the product ordered, the size of the product ordered being the major factor. 

Click and Collect:

We offer a free click and collect option at our Boronia location for our customers who wish to pick up their items instead of having them shipped. 

Please see our Open Hours for when pick up can be completed: Monday 11am-4pm, Tuesday 1pm-6pm, 

Any Click and Collect orders that have not been collected within 10 business days of the order being placed, will be cancelled and refunded the full amount less any third party payment fees applicable to the order (for example but not limited to PayPal G&S fees).

Shipping Delays:

Sometimes circumstances out of Our (Obsession Gaming) control can cause delays to your delivery.

If such a circumstance should arise and you have not received your items within the specified delivery time you will receive when your order is confirmed, please get in contact with us either via email at dylan@obsessiongaming.com.au or via a direct message on our socials, so we can look into the delay with our shipping partners on your behalf.

Please verify your order details, including the full shipping address, prior to checkout in order to prevent any potential delivery delays.
